Some estimates claim that up to 93% of communication is nonverbal. That means that as low as 7% of what we say, we're actually saying. Now think about how often you actually say what you mean. And how what you're saying is being interpreted by your audience. With the written word, it's feasible to suggest that only about 1% of what is actually meant, is conveyed.
